After resizing shot cases, the thickness of the case before the shoulder measured 0.465 to 0.470. Measuring the un-shot factory round (Hornady 7.5 x 55 Swiss), the case diameter before the shoulder measures 0.450 to 0.455.. -

Can use them for k31 brass but you are working it a bit more. Redding and I think Hornady make both 7.5x55 and specific k31 dies.. (Spectacularly so in the latter, but not consistent and a real barrel burner at top loads so after a brief spell of being 'in', few use it for this cartridge today..
